Collected daily using traditional Khmer tapping techniques, each coconut flower produces 1–1.5 liters of sap over 25 days. The nectar is then gently evaporated at low temperatures (55–60°C) to preserve its natural nutrients, flavor, and light golden color.
With a low glycemic index (GI < 55), it supports stable blood sugar levels and offers steady energy. Naturally rich in iron, zinc, potassium, and antioxidants, this syrup is perfect for health-conscious consumers.
