The dust has settled in Nuremberg, but the energy from BIOFACH 2026 is still fueling our mission at Viet Haus. From February 10th to 13th, the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre transformed into the global heartbeat of the organic industry, and we were honored to be part of this transformative event.
As the world's leading trade fair for organic food, BIOFACH remains the ultimate destination for pioneers and newcomers alike. For Viet Haus, it was more than just an exhibition; it was a platform to share our passion, our heritage, and our vision for a sustainable future.
A Lively Market of Opportunities at Hall 7A
This year, our booth at Hall 7A-338 became a vibrant hub for visitors to explore the "Organic Soul of Vietnam." We invited partners to use all their senses - smelling the sharp aroma of our Vinh Linh Pepper, and feeling the quality of our sun-dried Ginger and Turmeric.
The feedback was overwhelming. In an era where consumers are increasingly conscious of what they put in their bodies, our commitment to transparent sourcing and consistent quality resonated deeply with the international community.

Our focus for 2026 was clear: Spices, Herbs, and Tropical Fruits. We proudly showcased a diverse portfolio tailored for the EU and global markets:
- Organic Spices: Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, and the world-renowned Vinh Linh Pepper.
- Organic Botanicals: Wild Raspberry Leaf, Hibiscus, and Passion Fruit Leaf—perfect for the growing wellness and tea sectors.
- Tropical Fruits: Refreshing Pineapple and Pink Guava, capturing the essence of Vietnam’s fertile lands.
Beyond the products themselves, we engaged in deep conversations about our value chain development projects. At Viet Haus, we don't just sell products; we specialize in developing farming projects tailored to specific technical requirements and capacities. This ensures a stable supply and fair livelihoods for our local farmers.
