FARM STORY
From Untouched Forest
Within the natural forests of Vietnam's North Central region, you will easily find wild raspberry plants.
Across 2,000 hectares of the streams system, the plants grow under the canopy of ancient trees, and absorb nutrients from the humus-rich forest soil. Thanks to this, they achieve absolute purity, completely untouched by any chemicals or fertilizers.
The wild plant must fight for survival in its natural environment. Accordingly, it needs to accumulate higher levels of active compounds for self-defense. This process creates the unique quality of wild raspberry leaves compared to cultivated plants.
Sustainable Practices
March to November is the harvest season. The leaves are hand-collected by local farmers. They only harvest the green leaves while keep the older, ensuring the mother plants stay alive. This practice reflects a deep respect for the forest and a clear understanding of long-term balance.
After hand-picking, the leaves are gently sun-dried to preserve their natural color and aroma. The result is a clean, herbal taste with a distinct forest aroma that only wild nature can provide.
