Farm Update: Small Root Ginger Are Growing

The ginger crop is thriving out in the fields. Green leaves, firm roots! While smaller in size, this variety packs a strong aroma and high oil content.

Around late autumn, when the leaves and stems begin to wither and turn yellow, the ginger root will have accumulated the maximum amount of essential oils, its flesh will be firm and its spiciness will be at its strongest. Right in time for the harvest season!
