Career - Organic Farm Developer

The Organic Farm Developer will lead and coordinate the development of Viet Haus’s organic farming network - from identifying new areas and building partnerships with farmers to implementing organic standards and ensuring reliable, high-quality supply for export.
This role requires both field execution and strategic coordination: balancing hands-on farm management with long-term planning, reporting, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Farm development & planning with farmer groups and partners.
• Implement and maintain compliance with organic standards (EU, USDA NOP, JAS).
• Engage and train farmers on sustainable and regenerative practices.
• Monitor production, yield forecasts, and traceability systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Environmental Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in organic or sustainable agriculture projects.
• Strong understanding of organic standards and internal control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in rural areas.
