How To Make Organic Ginger Juice in Bulk Industry?

Have you ever wondered how Raw Ginger Root becomes pure Organic Ginger Juice?

It may look like a simple liquid, but behind every drum lies a careful journey: selecting mature roots, multi-stage washing, and precise cold pressing to protect every drop of fresh aroma and active gingerol.

For food, beverage, and wellness manufacturers, here is a clear look at our origin, production flow, and commercial applications.

1. The Origin: Small-Root Ginger

Great juice starts high up in the mountains of North Central Vietnam, on remote slopes around 950 meters above sea level. The clean mountain air, rich soil, and big temperature changes between day and night help the plants grow strong roots packed with natural flavor.

We cultivate a local Small-Root Ginger variety rather than common, high-moisture commercial rhizomes. While smaller in size, this native ginger packs a significantly higher concentration of natural essential oils, delivering a sharper aroma and bolder, warming heat.

When harvesting, farmers leave the roots for over 10 months so they can fully mature. By this time, the ginger is firm, dense, and full of natural goodness. It's the perfect starting point for making pure, export-ready juice.

2. Manufacturing process of Organic Ginger Juice

Here is how our fresh roots move through the production line:

Step 1: Washing - Multi-stage cleaning via rotary drums and aerated immersion baths to remove all soil and debris from root joints.

Step 2: Crushing - Cleaned rhizomes are milled into a fine, uniform ginger mash without friction heat buildup.

Step 3: Pressing - Mechanical cold pressing cleanly separates pure liquid from dry pomace fiber.

Step 4: Filtration - Micro-screens filter out excess starch and coarse fibers for a smooth, uniform liquid.

Step 5: Pasteurization - Gentle thermal treatment at 80°C for 5 minutes to ensure microbial food safety while preserving natural top notes.

Step 6: Rapid Cooling - Quickly cooled down to preserve fresh flavor, aroma, and color.

Step 7: Filling - Packed into sterile, food-grade bulk packaging (bag-in-box or drums).

Step 8: Freezing at -45°C - Flash-frozen at ultra-low temperature to lock in peak freshness.

Step 9: Cold Storage - Maintained in deep freeze storage ready for international shipping.

Every step in this process is closely controlled under HACCP standards to ensure consistent food safety, traceability, and quality from farm to final pack.
